TheHotelWay introduces a new Hotel oriented concept product – the City Business Hotels (CBH). It actually concerns a new organizational method and a strategic amendment in the Hotel’s infrastructure, aiming to decrease the operational cost of the Food & Beverage Department through outsource cooperation.
As a result, the Hotel improves the Operating Cash Flow index, as well as the E.B.I.T.D.A.
At the same time, TheHotelWay re-organizes the Room Division Department in a certain way, creating Competitive Advantages and applying Yield Management.
The aim is to increase the Hotel’s occupancy level, increase the Rooms’ Revenues and finally increase the profit margin.
The Hotels become CBH members, participating at the Global Net of City Business Hotels, a new Marketing Affiliation.
